The Wrestling Code Gameplay

The Wrestling Code Gameplay demo is not much to the legit users but Virtual Basement is living up to its promise that the online game is always moving forward.

Around two years ago, the Virtual Basement promised a wrestling game that would involve over one hundred unsigned wrestlers over different promotions and a plethora of game modes.

Each month "The Wrestling Code" team comes out with some content like A wrestler reveal, footage of wrestlers in mocap, and the occasional tech demo.

The Virtual Basement team has not failed to show some progress toward the game. Since it will be a mega project including story modes, general manager modes, create modes, countless match types, and over one hundred wrestlers we will see in this game.

The Wrestling Code has no sense of urgency to be released and that gives Virtual Basement the breathing room to get things right.

The wrestling code game has made other major updates in the past few months. Footage of wrestlers in mocap like Facade, Luigi Primo, Kidd Bandit, RVD, Zach Gowen, Vampiro, DDP, and Crowbar have been posted.

The Virtual Basement development team has also planned these features for their upcoming game 'The Wrestling Code'.

Online Mode: The Online mode helps with stats, leaderboards, factions/tag teams, online tournaments, and championships. The game will use dedicated servers to play on.

Creation Suite: It will allow you to create wrestlers and arenas including barbed wire ropes, allowing you to recreate any type of promotion.

Arenas: It will feature a mix of sports big stadiums, high school gym areas, baseball fields, Backstage areas, plus a cruise ship and a backyard.

Constant Updates: The Wrestling Code will be a service game. There won't be a new game every year instead there will be constant updates to the games such as new game modes, arenas, and many more.

All updates will be available for free except for updates featuring licensed promotions or wrestlers who will directly support those companies.

Game Modes: The Virtual Basement announced plans to include a promotion manager mode (PM mode), which would be their version of a GM mode.

They previously mentioned that modes like as career modes or GM would not be included at release.
