Dylan Disu parents are Michelle Anderson and Rodney Anderson. Disu is a Longhorns basketball player born and raised in Pflugerville Texas. 

Dylan has four siblings named Madison, Aiden, Megan, and Breonna Anderson. 

Similarly, Dylan got his athletic prowess from his mother, who was actively involved in sports during her college years. While enrolling at William Penn University, Michelle was part of a volleyball and basketball squad. 

Sharing a similar passion as his mom, Disu started his basketball career during his senior year at Hendrickson High School, where he averaged 23.4 points, 1.5 blocks, 1.4 steals, 1.2 assists, and 10.1 rebounds. 

In 2019, he joined Vanderbilt College and played for two seasons before being transferred to the Texas Longhorns men's basketball team. He defines Texas as his dream school growing up.

Dylan Disu was born to mom Michelle Anderson and dad Rodney Anderson. Michelle got married to Rodney on 15 March 2014.

Likewise, on their 5th wedding anniversary, Michelle posted a throwback picture on her Facebook page from their wedding with a sweet caption saying it was her favorite picture of them.

Both his mom and dad were athletic during their early career. Michelle played volleyball and basketball at William Penn University in Oskaloosa, Iowa, whereas Rodney played football at Texas A&I University.

Moreover, Rodney is 60 years old man, born on March 1, 1962. Michelle posted a series of pictures on his 60th birthday with a sweet note stating she is thankful to have him in her life. 

Rodney Anderson

Dylan's dad Rodney Anderson is a former Lieutenant at the Austin Independent School District police department.

He joined the force in January 1995, and later, after 24 years of service, he left the job in April 2019. According to his LinkedIn page, Rodney owns Twisted "A" Transportation, a company that specializes in transporting freight, vehicles, and equipment. 

He was also a reserve officer at Travis County Pct. 1 constable for years at Texas University. He founded Twisted "A" Fitness with his wife, which ran for almost eight years.

Speaking about his academic background, Anderson got his bachelor's degree in criminal justice/law enforcement administration from the University of Phoenix. 

In May 2016, Anderson was the guest speaker for the Leadership Command College at Sam Houston State University, graduating class #76.

Dylan mom Michelle Schlenker Anderson is a Beck Reit Commercial Real Estate agent. 

Besides, his mother also serves as the chief financial officer at Tribeshopatx since April 2020. She has also been a partner at Friedman Consulting as a forensic accounting and litigation consulting expert. 

Her real estate career started in 2017 after having years of experience in an executive role in the corporate world. Before working with Dwyer Realty Companies, she worked as a commercial realtor with KW Commercial.

Her passion for fitness training and personal development also originated from many years of competitive sports. She had also coached volleyball at Montana State University Billings as a graduate assistant. 

Following her passion for being a role model, she joined Twisted "A" Fitness as a co-owner, a position she held for eight years. 

She was a chief operating officer at World Wide Re, Ltd., Staten Island, NY, for 11 years from 2005 to 2017.

Michelle is a versatile and innovative executive who played a crucial role in establishing a profitable portfolio of assumed reinsurance within just one year in a fiercely competitive market where the norm is to achieve the same results in three years. 

In addition to her vast experience in management and finance, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Administration from William Penn University. She was a candidate for Certified Public Accountant certification in November 2012.

Dylan Disu Siblings

Disu has three siblings younger Megan Madison and Aidan Disu. He also has an older stepsister named Breonna Anderson from his father's previous relationship. 

Per his athletic bio posted by texassports.com, Disu has two younger twin sisters, Madison and Megan Disu, who also play high school basketball with Barton. 

His stepsister, Breonna, is 23 years old, having been born on July 7, 1999. While studying at Manor High School, she was a cheerleading squad member.

In November 2019, Breonna Anderson had the opportunity to attend the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

She participated in this event as part of her ALEC 380 course, which offers undergraduate students in the college a chance to assist at the National FFA Career Development Events (CDEs) during the 92nd Annual National FFA Convention & Expo. 

Specifically, Breonna contributed her skills and knowledge to the Ag Tech and Mechanical Systems contest, as per Texas A&M University Poultry Science's Facebook post.

Apart from the CDEs, the trip also included educational visits to several locations highlighting various states' agricultural industries. These stops included Louisiana, Washington, D.C., Ohio, Missouri, and Nashville. 

By participating in this program, Breonna gained valuable experience and knowledge about the agricultural industry while also contributing to the success of a prestigious national event.

Dylan Disu Childhood

Disu basketball career started in his early years playing for the Tigers, Alliance, and THP. 

Besides, Disu was an all-rounder who was also actively involved in football before deciding to focus on debate, basketball, and track. Likewise, he played his last football game in November 2016 at Hendrickson High School.

While enrolling at Cele Middle School, Dylan received two awards: Outstanding Achievement for AVID and the 40 Book Challenge in June 2014.

Disu grew up in the Austin region, close to the occurrences of the Texas basketball team. He attended Hendrickson High School in Pflugerville and was a four-star prospect who had offers from top basketball programs such as Vanderbilt, Illinois, and Georgia Tech.

He ultimately chose Vanderbilt, where he spent the first two years of his undergraduate career. Even though the Longhorns did not recruit Disu in high school, there appears to be no resentment, as he used it to improve his game.

Disu's constant upward trajectory as a basketball player has already aided him in realizing a boyhood ambition.
