Cameron Brink mom Michelle Bain Brink is a former basketball player at Virginia Tech. Cameron was born on December 31, 2001 in Princeton.

Despite coming from a family with an impressive athletic background, she showed a marked disinterest in pursuing athletic activities during her early life.

Her parents, Michelle and Greg, introduced her to various sports but allowed her to chart her own course. Cameron initially became interested in volleyball but later switched to playing basketball.

The 6-feet-4 inches tall athlete quickly rose to stardom following her outstanding display of skills and winning mindset while playing basketball for Southridge High School. 

After three seasons at Southridge, Brink joined Mountainside High for her senior year. Later in 2020, the five-star recruit attended Stanford University, where she now proudly represents the Cardinal basketball team.

Fast forward to 2023, she had a great season during their journey in March Madness. Unfortunately, Ole Miss Rebels and Coach Yo knocked them in the second round to make the way to Sweet 16.

Cameron Brink was born to her parents Greg Brink and Michelle Bain Brink in Princeton, New Jersey. They raised two athletes in Beaverton, Oregon. 

Greg and Michelle are former athletes who played basketball during college. The couple met while attending Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia in 1985.

While at the university, they were awarded basketball scholarships and practiced in adjacent facilities, joined by a shared hallway. Every day, the two athletes interacted with each other in a friendly and light-hearted manner. 

Although their interactions had been pleasant, Greg's introverted nature held him back from expressing any romantic interest, requiring Michelle to take the initiative and elevate their relationship beyond the confines of friendship.

After dating for a decade, they eventually tied the wedding knot in 1996. The pair migrated to Amsterdam, the Netherlands, for three years because of their profession at Nike. 

After returning to the US, Michelle and Greg shifted their focus to their kids' athletic pursuits. They had always been supportive of Cameron's basketball career.

Michelle Bain holds the position of footwear merchandiser at the esteemed global sportswear brand Nike.

Besides, Bain is a former college athlete who played basketball for Virginia Tech in the 80s. Her accomplishments on the basketball court are quite impressive. She is a Virginia Tech 1,000-point club member, concluding her career with 1,068 points.

Michelle was also recognized as an All-Metro Conference Second Team selection in 1988, highlighting her talent and skill on the court.

In addition to her scoring prowess, Michelle ranks highly in several other categories in the university's basketball history. She is tenth in career field goals made with 447, ninth in rebounds with 619, and third in blocks with 109.

Her success on the court has undoubtedly left a lasting legacy in the history of Virginia Tech basketball. 

Currently, Michelle is employed as the Marketing Manager for Nike women’s footwear, demonstrating her continued commitment to the sports industry. 

Greg Brink

Cameron Brink dad Greg Brink is a retired Vice President of Supply Chain at Nike. His region of work includes the Asia Pacific and Latin American countries.

After completing his Master's degree in Business Administration at Virginia Tech, Greg joined Nike with his wife Michelle in 2007. He served as the CEO of Nike North America for three years till 2010.

Then in 2011, he had to move to Amsterdam, The Netherlands to take on the position of CEO of Nike EMEA and facilitate the company's expansion into the European market.

After staying in Europe for two and a half years, Greg returned to Oregon and became the VP of GM Nike Only Stores. Later he was promoted to the VP of Supply Chain of Nike of the entire Asia Pacific Latin America region.

His Linkedin profile states that, after his term at Nike, Greg joined the board member at Holla Mentors for a year from August 2021 to September 2022.

Cameron Brink Siblings

Cameron has an elder brother named Cy Brink. Cy, born on 28 July 1999, is two years older than Cameron. 

Before Cameron and her sibling Cy arrived, basketball had been integral to Michelle and Greg's lives. Thus, Cameron and Cy were both hesitant to make sports their priority.

Despite possessing an impressive height of 6 feet 9 inches, Cy opted to chart his path instead of following his family's athletic tradition. He attended the International School of Amsterdam before granting to Beaverton, Oregon. 

Thanks to their parents' close friendship, Cameron and Cy were fortunate to have grown up alongside the three Curry kids, Stephen, Seth, and Sydel Curry.

Cameron Brink is not Steph Curry's biological sister. They share a special relationship as god siblings due to the close friendship between their families.

Stephen Curry is a professional basketball player who plays for the Golden State Warriors in NBA. Son of basketball legends Dell Curry and Sonya, Steph was picked by the Warriors in the first round of the 2009 NBA Draft.

He has supported Cameron by attending her basketball games, and Cameron has idolized Stephen since he played with Davidson College in 2006. However, they are not biological siblings.

Cameron Brink and boyfriend Ben Felter have been dating since March 2021. The couple celebrated their second relationship anniversary in 2023.

Who Is Ben Felter?

Ben Felter is a student-athlete at Stanford University. Ben is studying Bachelor in Computer Science at the college.

He joined Kaladin, a crypto fintech startup, as a Software Engineer intern in 2022 before his position at Riverside Research as a program manager. 

After eight months of toiling at the Mountain View, California, based company, he landed a part-time job at Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) as a Portfolio Analyst in August 2022.

Besides academics, he has shown interest in sports, especially men's rowing. Since joining the university's rowling roster in 2021, the Starboard has been a crucial team member.

He was named the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll twice in his debut season in 2021 and during his sophomore year in 2022.

Upon completing his high school diploma from Palo Alto High in June 2020, where he excelled in various sports such as water polo, and cross country gold, Ben continued his athletic pursuit even after joining the college.
