Yolett Mcphee-Mccuin married husband Kelly McCuin, on June 8, 2007. McCuin works as an assistant director at Ole Miss admissions.
Coach Yo is recently making headlines for the phenomenal performance of the Ole Miss Rebels women's basketball team.
The Rebels triumphed over the no. 1 seeded Stanford Cardinals and Haley Jones by a score of 54–49 on Sunday night. The fact that they beat the Cardinals in their arena is even more impressive.
Following the thrilling win, they secured their ticket to the NCAA Sweet 16 for the first time since 2007, after 16 years.
Yolett was full of emotions after the historic victory as she reminisced back to the day of her appointment as the head coach of the team. After the match, she said, "This is for the people with a dollar and a dream."
She came to Ole Miss five years ago from Jacksonville University in Florida during the difficult period for the Rebels. Quite interestingly, she wasn't even the first choice back then, but definitely, the right choice as it proved!!!

Both of them fell instantly in love and started to date. Their love story further blossomed as they understood more about each other.
After dating for some time, it didn't take them long to bind their budding relationship into marriage. They walked down the aisle in 2007 and exchanged vows to remain together for the rest of their lives.
Fast forward to 2023, they have celebrated several happy moments together, visited several beautiful destinations, remained busy with their work, and gone through many ups and downs in life. However, most significantly, they are still together with the same love and compassion.

McPhee became a mother for the first time on September 6, 2012, when she gave birth to Yasmine. The 10-year-old girl is nicknamed Yazzy.
Yolett gladly recalls that as one of the best days of her life, with the arrival of her little girl into the world. The Bahamas-born lady believes motherhood has given her a new direction in life.
She recently wished her little girl a happy birthday on Instagram with the caption, "Yasmine changed my life personally and showed me that there’s more to what I thought was in my world at the time. Praying God’s protection over her as she continues to blossom."
Yasmine is currently studying at Central Elementary School in Oxford, Mississippi. She was announced as the Shining Star of the Month by CES in October for her academic achievements in the school.
Yazzy and her grandparents were present at the arena last Sunday to witness the mom-led Rebels' epic victory over Stanford. She exclaimed, “That’s my mom!” when Coach Yo came onto the court.
Yuri McCuin
Yolett's younger kid Yuri was born on May 30, 2017, at the Baptist Hospital in Jacksonville. Dad Kelly shared photos of a newborn baby girl and a happy McPhee on Instagram.
Yuri caught media attention last Sunday as she put the Rebels' nameplate on the board, indicating their progress to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament.
The youngest McCuin celebrated her fifth birthday in Bahamian style last year, thanks to her grandparents in Freeport, Bahamas. The little girl looked ecstatic as she cut the cake and savored the glorious moment.
She completed a 3-week swimming class at just three, as Yolett shared the video via Instagram, stating how proud she is of her second-born child.
Yuri is also currently studying at Central Elementary School. She was pictured attending the school for the first time on August 9, 2021.
