Matt Renshaw and wife Josie Harvey married on 14 May 2021 at the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Matt and Josie welcomed a baby into their family in 2022.
Matt is an international cricketer; he plays for Queensland. He played against India A in his List A debut for the National Performance team in 2016.
He played in the Ashes series for Kent County Cricket Club. Renshaw was given a national contract by Cricket Australia for the 2018–19 season, earning a position in the Test team for the tour of the UAE against Pakistan.

Matt Renshaw grew up in Middlesbrough England with his family. Matt grew up playing cricket with his dad Ian Renshaw.
