Mark Madsen wife Hannah Madsen married on September 3, 2016. Hannah previously won the Miss Utah County pageant in 2013.
Mark is a former NBA player who played nine years for Los Angeles Lakers and Minnesota Timberwolves.
In the process, he won two NBA championships with the Lakers. He then played with Minnesota for six seasons. Ending his playing career in 2009, he joined Los Angeles D-Fenders as an assistant coach.
Madsen is the head coach of Utah Valley University of the Western Athletic Conference and is expected to be California Golden Bears' next head coach per Sports Illustrated.
He works as a counselor in the Young Men's presidency and is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Mark Madsen Family Life
Mark and Hannah walked down the aisle in 2016. The couple met for the first time at a musical event in December 2015.
His parent was hosting a musical event in their home, and the pianist canceled at the last minute. Mark's sister recommended Hannah as the replacement, and Madsen's mom Erlyn was impressed by her.
She asked Hannah if she was single and pointed at Mark and asked how he looked. At that time, Hannah wasn't in a relationship and was willing to go out on a date.
Mark and Hannah exchanged numbers and started texting. However, they didn't take their relationship seriously until the end of 2016. After that, things changed quickly and they got married in September.
They have learned to appreciate one other's special interests since they started dating and becoming married. The couple celebrated their fifth anniversary on September 7, 2021.
Hannah Madsen Is A Pianist
Hannah studied piano performance at BYU school of music. She won the BYU Symphony Orchestra Concerto competition and performed at the Symphony Orchestra concert on February 22, 2012.
Hannah participated in Miss Utah County in 2013 and won the pageant. During the competition, she performed the song Flight of the Bumblebee, which she said lasted 90 seconds and included 1,197 notes.
She is a supportive wife and mother who stands by her husband and kids. When Mark won the WAC championship award on March 2, 2023, Hannah was there to cheer him up.
Also, during the last game season with the Lakers, she took his son to Crypto.com Arena on April 10, 2019. Hannah and Mark also enjoyed hiking together at Kannarville Falls Hike.
Mark Madsen Children
Mark Madsen has three children, two sons Williams Madsen and Leroy Madsen, and a daughter Alexandria Madsen.
Hannah is pregnant and all set to welcome their baby number four, in April 2023.
Williams Madsen
William is their first child, born on January 2018. As of 2023, William is five years old.
When he was born, everyone in the Lakers gave Madsen advice on how to raise a child. They also advised getting a Nest Cam security camera so Madsen could check in on his son while traveling using his phone.
As a suggestion, he set up a camera, and when he can't sleep after a game he just sits and watches his phone and looks at his son.
William enjoyed Halloween with his mom and dad on November 1, 2019, at Provo Canyon, Utah. He enjoys being around his parents and spending time with them.
Leroy Madsen
Leroy is the second son of Mark and Hannah, born in 2020. As of 2023, Leroy is three years old.
On the occasion of Christmas on December 25, 2019, Mark posted a picture on his Instagram account where Hannah showed her belly bump. They reveal images of Leroy on Easter on April 23, 2020.
Leroy and William share a strong bond and usually travel with their mom and dad. They looked cute wearing the same during Halloween in Orem, Utah, on October 31, 2021.
Alexandria Madsen
Alexandria was born in August 2021. As of 2023, she is two years old.
Mark announced that he and Hannah are excited to welcome their baby girl in July through his Instagram account on April 5, 2021.

On August 8, 2021, he posted pictures of his daughter, writing 'We welcomed a beautiful baby daughter in the early AM this morning. Hannah and I are very grateful for our new daughter Alexandria.'
Alexandria celebrated Christmas with her brothers at Disneyland, California Adventure on December 27, 2021. As a younger one in the family, she is loved immensely by her older brothers and parents.
Mark Madsen Parents
Mark Madsen parents are Duane Madsen and Erlyn Madsen. Erlyn is a former violinist and Duane is a former vice president at Goldman Sachs.
His mom Erlyn studied Violin performance at Brigham Young University. She is a certified master gardener in Utah and the Utah Caligraphers Guild.
According to her Facebook bio, she and Duane have fifty-one grandchildren. Erlyn has welcomed several delegates to Provo while serving as the Center's historian, an IAC member, and the symposium host.
She has presented hundreds of conference attendees with photo booklets containing the papers of numerous international conferences.
Madsen's dad studied at South High School Cubs- Salt Lake. He is from Salt Lake City, Utah, and resides in Provo with Erlyn.
Mark Has Nine Siblings
Mark Madsen has five sisters and four brothers. His sisters are Erlyn Madsen Mull, and Laurie Madsen Snarr, and his brothers are Richard Gould Madsen, Paul Madsen and Mike Madsen.

His sister Eyrln Madsen Mull studied at San Ramon Valley High School.
Richard Gould Madsen
Richard is a sales at Landmark Real Estate. He studied accounting at Brigham Young University. He is married to Shari T Clark Madsen and has one son.
Shari is a special educator at Alpine School District, and she studied Instructional technology at Utah State University.
Paul Madsen
Paul studied at San Ramon Valley High School. He is married to Ashley Barnes and has four kids.
Ashley is a certified Health coach at McDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education. In 2012, she worked at Professional Kid Wrangler.
Laurie Madsen Snarr
Laurie Madsen Snarr is a member artist of the James Renwick Alliance and Corning Glass Museum.
She received an honorable mention for her design, "Dutch Bouquet," at the 30th annual Strathmore show and finished third in Coatings by Sandberg's international 2021 Dichroic by Design competition.
Her glasswork represents a celebration of freedom, strength, and the resilience of the human spirit.
