Damian Lillard wife Kayla Hanson owns a nail salon named Dipped. Lillard has twins Kalii Laheem and Kali Emma Lillard.

The trailblazers' point guard first met Kayla while both were students at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.

She is a Legacy High School alumnus and a Las Vegas, Nevada resident. She also has a nursing degree, which she earned at Nightingale College.

Moreover, when their relationship began, Lillard was widely regarded as the country's top point guard prospect, having entered the 2012 NBA Draft and being selected by the Portland Trail Blazers.

Kayla and Damian's lavish wedding came after a romantic proposal made by Damian in Chicago. 

The NBA player was engaged at the 2020 NBA All Weekend. Without her knowledge, he sneaked all of their families to Chicago.

To pull out his plan, Lillard arrived at the venue where he had adorned a wall of flowers with the phrase "Will You Marry Me?" and pretended the two of them were attending a new Valentine's Day event the NBA was sponsoring.

When Kayla finished reading the question, she spun around and saw Damian down on one knee, holding a dazzling diamond ring. All of their family came together to celebrate their fairy-tale romance and a new chapter in life.

At the same time, Kay'La, whom Noelle Jamison groomed, appeared in a Jovani dress by Amina Muaddi to welcome their guests.

Mindy Weiss Party Consultants arranged the magnificent ceremony, and the rehearsal supper took place at the Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito, California.

On March 30, 2018, the couple welcomed their first son, Damian Jr.

Lillard has two siblings named Houston Lillard and LaNae Lillard.

She competed for the Pacers in her first season on the varsity team, and throughout the early part of the year, she showed growth by scoring seven points in Lakeridge's defeat to Tigard by a score of 65-24.

Lillard, a 5-foot-8 post player, was part of a youthful Pacers core seeking to improve on the 2013 season's 6-18 record. Although her scoring totals didn't match her brother's, the forward asserts she has a comparable ability to drive from the three-point line to the hoop.

Brother Houston Lillard Is The Eldest

Damian older brother, Houston Lillard was appointed Jefferson High School's head football coach in Portland in 2020.

He started playing football at San Lorenzo High School in Oakland, California, where he was an All-League quarterback.

After graduating, he continued playing football at Laney Community College.

However, Lillard's stint with the Redhawks was cut short by injuries as he relocated to Southeast Missouri in 2006. Before fall workouts in 2006, he sustained a knee injury that ended his season, and in 2007, he missed a month of play due to rib injuries.

After his football career, he founded HL5 Sports, which lasted nearly five years.

According to his LinkedIn page, he formed Team Lillard Football in 2017 and has been the administrator of WorldBuilder since 2018.

Damian Lillard Childhood Growing Up

Lillard grew up in the Brookfield Village neighborhood of East Oakland.

As a child, Lillard would take milk crates from the nearby elementary school. With the aid of his grandpa, he built basketball hoops to hang to the telephone pole in the vicinity of his residence so he could play outside.

Lillard feels that the youngsters growing up in his tough Oakland area are now prone to more negative influences than he was. And as a result, he felt obliged to return.

The six-time NBA All-Star wants to offer youngsters in the neighborhood what he lacked as a kid, per Yahoo News.
