Jon appeared in one game for the Hawks and signed in with the Milwaukee Bucks. In 2016 he signed in with Stella Artois Leuven Bears of the Belgian League and left the team without playing.

Following his transfer, Jon played his first game of the 2014–15 season as a starter for Florida. After ending his college career he joined Atlanta Hawks for the 2015 Summer League.

Apart from his playing career, he ran as a Democrat in the 77th district for the Michigan House of Representatives. He did his Master's degree in tourism and recreation business management from the University of Florida.

Josh Plays In High School

Josh Horford plays basketball for the Grand Ledge High School basketball team. 

He is an essential member of the No. 10-ranked Grand Ledge Class A team, which is undefeated this season.

Josh stated that his primary goal is helping Grand Ledge win the Capital Area Activities Conference Blue Division Championship.

The defense has always been a strength for Horford and along with improving his offensive skills, he has become a better rebounder and shot blocker.

Tito played in Spain in 1992 and was listed on Buck's summer 1992 roster. He played college basketball at the University of Miami for the Miami Hurricanes men's basketball team.

He played basketball internationally, including in Italy, France, and Spain, when his NBA career ended. He also participated in semi-pro leagues and the Dominican national team. 

Al Horford wife Amelia Vega is a Dominican model. AI and Amelia married on December 24, 2011. 

The couple first met each other in 2009 in Boston at the Latin Pride Award. They have been together for thirteen years.
