Tobin Anderson Wife Jodi Anderson and Family Life

Tobin Anderson is happily married to Jodi Caliguiri Anderson for the last 19 years. Tobin tied the knot on August 2, 2002. 

It is no surprise that the FDU basketball coach values his loved ones more than anything else. Jodi has been a pillar in Tobin's life for nearly two decades, supporting him through the highs and lows of his career.

Mrs. Anderson is in the arena most of the time to cheer for his team, as seen in the match against Purdue. Furthermore, she is more than happy to cook food for the players while Tobin invites them for dinner. 

Tobin sometimes shares delightful moments with his life partner on social media platforms. Recently, he shared a heartwarming post on Instagram last February with the caption, "When you marry the right girl, every day is Valentine's Day!!!!"

Jodi is a Teacher

Coach Tobin's better half is a native of Lexington, Kentucky. She was born to mom Mickey Masley Caliguiri and dad, Geary Caliguiri. 

Jodi is pretty active on social media sites, notably Facebook and Twitter. Although she has an Instagram account, she has kept it private and has fewer than 300 followers. 

Jodi Anderson graduated from Lafayette High School in 1995. She then completed her studies in special education at the University of Tennessee in 1999.

According to her Facebook bio, Jodi is a Felix Festa Middle School special education teacher. She has been teaching there for the last nine years. 

Before joining Felix Festa in 2014, Caliguiri was a special education teacher and teaching assistant at Laurel Plains Elementary School. On top of that, she is a former learning specialist at The Albany Academy. 

Her impressive tutor resume started in September 2004 at New Hartford Central Schools. She was a special educator there for seven years before shifting to Albany Academy in 2011. 

Tobin Anderson has two kids, a son named Bryce and a daughter named Alexa. Bryce is the eldest while Alexa is the younger one.

Tobin has shared a handful of photos of Bryce and Alexa on his social media accounts. Similarly, Jodi's Facebook account is full of beautiful pictures from their childhood days. 

Bryce Anderson

Bryce Anderson is the firstborn child of parents Tobin and Jodi. Bryce is around 17 years old now. 

Bryce was at the center of media attention last Friday as Tobin hugged him immediately after the epic win over Purdue.

As seen from the childhood photos, Bryce has grown up playing various sports like his pop. He is also seen fishing and swimming in the old images.

As he grew up, Tobin started taking him to various matches, like the Rays vs. Angels game in 2018. He also watched the Houston Rockets vs. Brooklyn Nets in the same year.

Bryce supports the Brooklyn Nets in the NBA, as he was seen donning the Nets jersey in the Barclays Center arena a couple of months ago in the clash against the Celtics.

Alexa Anderson

Tobin Anderson became father for the second time as Jodi gave birth to daughter Alexa on July 2009. The Knights coach took to Facebook to share the happy news with pictures of the cute little girl back then.

Even at such an early age, Alexa likes to work out in the gym, as seen from the Instagram photos of Tobin. 

Just like her mom and older brother, Alexa was also at the arena last Friday to witness one of her dad's most significant victories ever.

Tobin Anderson was born to his parents Steve Anderson and his mother from Iowa on December 1, 1971. He grew up in Truro with his family members.

Tobin pursued a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and graduated from Wesleyan University in 1995. He completed his Master of Arts in Sports Management from the University of Florida later.

Tobin has a brother named Tucker Anderson. Tucker is married to Jessica Anderson, an Iowa native, and the couple has two children. 

Steve Anderson was a Coach

Tobin's dad Steve Anderson was also a basketball coach at his time. His father inspires Tobin to take on the coaching role. 

The Knights coach got emotional last Friday talking about his late father. He stated how dearly he would have loved to see his father at the arena and see that historic victory. Anderson also proudly talked about his father being a better coach than him.  

Tobin credits Steve for developing an interest in him for the coaching role and remains thankful for his teachings. He learned the importance of unity in a team from his father, who also used to call players home for dinner.

Anderson played college basketball for four years at Wesleyan University, ranking 11th all-time on the school's scoring list with a whopping 1,129 points.

Tobin began his coaching career in 1996 as an assistant coach at Clarkson. He then worked as an assistant coach at Le Moyne for one season before returning to Clarkson as head coach in 1999.

Tobin Anderson earned a salary of around $20,000 per annum in the Northeast conference. Anderson has a net worth of $500 thousand.

After coaching there for five years and posting a 67–66 overall record, Tobin took over as the head coach at Hamilton College in 2004. He relished seven fruitful seasons at Hamilton with a phenomenal 118–63 record.

Anderson worked at St. Thomas Aquinas for nine seasons beginning in 2013 before finally taking over as the head coach of the Fairleigh Dickinson Knights in 2022.
