Jenna worked as the 'Today' correspondent on NBC News and was in training when she first met Gosk, who was working as the Foreign Correspondent on NBC.
They were introduced by a familiar friend and had lunch with friends on their first meeting.
They were dating someone else during their first meeting, and per Jenna, she was not interested in Steph at that time.
After the end of get together, Jenna accompanied Steph to her hotel and had a few hours-long chats before leaving. They soon became friends and started to have frequent talks.
Coincidentally, they broke up with their respective partner within a few months and gradually started a relationship.
Gosk returned to New York after ending her tenure as Foreign Correspondent, and they moved to New York together. They also went on vacations in Italy, among many locations.

Jennifer worked as the Health, Lifestyle, and fitness correspondent for a year on NBC Today. She joined Fox Sports 1 in 2017 and broadcasted the show First Things first as its host till 2022.
She used to host her show from her house sometimes as she had to nurture her two daughters.
She also hosted 'The Jenna Wolfe Show' on her YouTube channel where she talked about her coming out and other topics featuring various artists.

Jenna was five months pregnant when she came out of the closet.
The couple had artificial insemination from an anonymous donor for the first time in December 2013. They gave birth to their first child Harper on 21 August 2013.
Harper took her first step at 14 months. She is a music and adventure lover like her mom Jenna.
In August 2014, the couple announced their second pregnancy on the television show. The former Today's correspondent shared her good news in the orange room of the set.
They were blessed with the little girl Quinn on 4 February 2015. She weighed 6 lbs and 12 oz at her birth.
The sisters have completed their infant survival training and are athletic personalities since childhood. They also enjoy cooking, Swimming and spending time with their grandparents.
