Kiyan Anthony parents are Carmelo Anthony and La La Anthony. Kiyan is a sixteen years old high school basketball player at Christ The King Regional.

Kiyan has taken over the NBA and biz industries as a potential future pro basketball prospect.

Apart from his fame as the son of two well-known stars of their fields, little Anthony secured a basketball scholarship to Syracuse University in November 2022.

His dad had won a national championship with the same uni team in 2003. Meanwhile, despite his young age, Kiyan has mainly known for his Instagram and TikTok fame.

Kiyan Anthony was born to dad Carmelo Anthony. Carmelo is best known for playing with the Syracuse Orange and winning a national championship as a freshman.

He was named the NCAA Tournament's Most Outstanding Player the same year and entered NBA the same year. Melo Man started his pro career with Denver Nuggets and played with them until 2011.

Carmelo then played with the New York Knicks until 2017 in the small forward position. From the 2017 season, he played simultaneously with Oklahoma City Thunders, Houston Rockets, Portland Trail Blazers, and Los Angeles Lakers for one to two seasons until 2022.

Melo was named an NBA All-Star ten times and an All-NBA Team member six times throughout his career. The Nike sponsored athlte also represented the U.S.A. in the Olympics four times.

The American team won a bronze medal in 2004 and three gold medals in 2008, 2012, and 2016. Considered one of the greatest scorers in the NBA, Carmelo opted not to play due to injuries and inconsistency.

He was named to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021. Meanwhile, he was named the global ambassador for FIBA World in February 2023.

Kiyan Anthony's mom is La La Anthony, the face of 2000s MTV. La La was a VJ on MTVs' Total Request Live.

She later garnered much fame as the host of the VH1 reality shows "Flavor of Love," "I Love New York," "For the Love of Ray J," and "Real Chance of Love."

La La Vázquez also appeared as a dean on Charm School with Ricki Lake in 2009.  As an actress, the 40-year-old basketball mom appeared in movies like "Two Can Play That Game," "You Got Served," "Think Like a Man," and "Think Like a Man Too," among many others.

She has also made appearances on TV shows, including "Grown-ish," "Wu-Tang: An American Saga," "The Freak Brothers," "Power Book II: Ghost" and many more.

Moreover, La La played the role of Kiki in Drake's 2018 song "In My Feelings" and Megan Thee Stallion's "Hot Girl Summer" in 2019.

La La and Carmelo had first met in 2003 and got engaged on 2004's Christmas Day. They welcomed Kiyan on March 7, 2007, and married on July 10, 2010.

Michael Eric Dyson had gotten them married at Cipriani's in New York in front of 320 guests. Their wedding ceremony was filmed for the VH1 show, "La La's Full Court Wedding."

Meanwhile, their married life continued to be filmed for the show's successor, "La La's Full Court life." 

The couple later separated in the 2016-2017 season as TMZ reported that Melo moved out of their shared apartment. Though they reconciled in 2018, La La filed for divorce in 2021.

The former pair continues to co-parent Kiyan and are busy with their careers.

Kiyan Anthony is the only child in the family. Moreover, Melo and La La have refrained from remarrying and welcoming a new child.

Melo has kept his love life private from the NBA fandom so has La La. Meanwhile, La La and Vanessa Bryant have maintained a close friendship.

Hence, Kiyan has developed a siblings-like bond with the late Kobe Bryant's three daughters. Natalie, Bianka, and Capri meet with Kiyan regularly and spend quality time.

La La often posts on her and the Bryant mom and daughters' outings, especially during the holiday season. Moreover, a July 2021 Instagram post revealed that the Bryant sisters are the only girls Kiyan needs to hang out with.

Kiyan calls Vanessa auntie V, and both families have grown more than fellow NBA family friends.
