JJ wolf girlfriend Emma Sears is a senior at The Ohio State University. Emma is a former soccer player for Chris King at Ohio Premier. 

The tennis star and his partner first crossed paths while enrolling at the Ohio State University. Both have been actively involved in sports, with Emma being a soccer player and Wolf pursuing a career in tennis. 

Wolf turned professional in 2019 while Sears was in her freshman year, signing with Topnotch Management to play professionally. After finishing 35-2 as a junior at Ohio State, he turned pro and earned Big Ten Player of the Year honors.
