Case Keenum is married to his beautiful wife Kimberly Caddell. American football quarterback Keenum and Cadell have been together since 2004.

Keenum plays as the quarterback for the Buffalo Bills in the NFL. He played college-level football for Houston and became the NCAA’s all-time leader in touchdowns, completions, and passing yards.

Born on February 17, 1988 in Brownwood Texas as Casey Austin Keenum, he went to Wylie High School in Abilene, Texas.

Casey played his first professional football game at Wylie High. He then acquired a scholarship to attend the University of Houston and played football for the team until graduation.

Case Keenum and his wife Kimberly Cadell are high school sweethearts. They first met in Abilene Texas.

Case and Kimberly went on their first date in 2004. Keenum was the junior starting quarterback for Wylie High School and led the team to their first state championship. On the other hand, Caddell was a senior at Case in high school and played volleyball and pole vaulter at a rival school.

Kimberly attended a Sunday School class tutored by Keenum's mother. They had mutual friends together and met each other through them.

Their relationship went smoothly even after Case went to the  University of Houston. Kimberly was a huge support for Case when he tore the ACL in his right knee while playing as a redshirt senior in 2010. He had given up hope on ever becoming an NFL quarterback and became highly addicted to painkillers and lost over twenty-five pounds.

Casey had to undergo surgery. Kimberly shifted Case into her garage apartment, where she took care of her man.

For everything she did for him, Case proposed to her in a dramatic way by taking her to Houston’s stadium filled with their friends and family. He got on one knee and asked for her hand. The couple got married in June 2011.

Kimberly is a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant at Southeast Texas Co-operative for Social Services. She is based in Splendora, Texas.

Furthermore, she was also seen in the HBO reality series Hark Knocks with her husband Keenum. She attended Texas Tech University and graduated with a degree in Pre-Speech Studies.

She also has experience working as a marketing and event planner at FCA’s Houston Office.

Case and Kimberly announced their pregnancy on May 2019. The news came two months after Keenum got transferred to Washington Redskins from Denver Broncos.

The gender of the child, a boy, was revealed by Keenum after he threw a football through a black balloon that exploded and showed blue powder inside as reported by NBC Sports.

In an interview with NBC, Keenum revealed that the baby was due on November 18, 2019. The date coincided with one of Keenum's games but he hoped that the delivery would be on the right day as they had to struggle with infertility for a while before their pregnancy.

Keenum was born in Brownwood and spent his entire childhood in Alpine before relocating to Abilene.

Casey's father’s name is Steve Keenum. Steve was also an athlete and served as an offensive lineman for McMurry University.

Furthermore, he became the head football coach and athletic director at the same university. Senior Keenum was famous for his aggressive passing offensive strategy. He also coached at Sul Ross State, Tarleton State, and Hardin-Simmons.

On the other hand, his mother Susan Keenum was also a three-sport athlete. She used to play during her college years but is currently employed at Ward Elementary School in Abilene, Texas as a physical education teacher.

Keenum has two siblings; one brother and a sister. Their names are Lauren Wray Keenum and Allison Simmons respectively.
