Brian Griese wife Brook McClintic is a licensed clinical psychologist. Brook graduated from the University of Colorado and has a doctorate.

Brook and Brain started Judi's House in Denver in 2002, two years before marriage. The charity provides a safe environment for grieving children and families to come together to uncover communion, healing, and the power to grieve openly. 

In addition, the organization is named after Brain's mother, Judith Ann Griese, a nurse who passed away from breast cancer when Brian was 12 years old. 

The former football quarterback attended the University of Michigan and was picked by the Denver Broncos in the 1998 NFL Draft. 

Griese, who now works as an ESPN commentator, had stints with Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Chicago Bears and was a member of the Buccaneers Super Bowl XXXVII championship squad.

Brian Griese Married Life

Brain Griese married Brook McClintic in 2004. Brook met Brian during his first preseason game as a Denver Broncos quarterback. 

After their meeting, the couple had their first date, where the subject of football didn't come up; instead, the conversation turned to children, according to Colorado Expression.

The two had similar sentiments, and by the date's conclusion, they had decided that their futures would entail doing something worthwhile for children, which is how they started Judi's House. 

Brook and Brain had a wedding in the spring of 2004 on the island of St. John in the United States Virgin Islands.

Brook McClintic Is A Psychology Major

Brook Griese received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Colorado.

Brook is also the co founder of Judi's House, which was started in 2002.

Since the demise of her husband's mother, the family bereavement center has offered free care to over 11,000 adolescents and caregivers, with many thousands more reached through the JAG Institute's research and teaching programs. 

Before moving on to her role as a BOD, Brook supervised the organization's research and trauma-informed initiatives as CEO.

Brook Co-Authored Pathfinders

McClintic is also a co-author of Pathfinders, a 10-week group curriculum. She is also an artist specializing in oil portrayal. 

As per HealGrief, she has served on various boards and advisory organizations, including the Board of Directors of the University of Colorado Johnson Depression Center.

She was also part of the Governor's Colorado Behavioral Health Task Force Children's Subcommittee and the Mayor's Denver Education Compact. 

Brook was also given the Excellence in Service Award by the National Alliance for Grieving Children in 2019.

Meanwhile, she is an Albion College distinguished alumna.

McClintic grew up in Ithaca, Michigan, a 3,000-person rural town in the heart of the mitten. She came to Colorado in 1977 to pursue her degree at the University of Colorado Boulder, where Dr. Louise Silvern mentored her.

Brian Griese Children

Griese is a father of two children, a daughter named Annalia Rose and a son Nate Griese. The siblings are three years apart in age. 

On April 16, 2006, two years after their marriage, the couple had their first child, Annalia Rose. The 16-year-old is in high schooler. Nate, their second child, was born in 2009 and is now 13 years old.

Brian Griese Parents

Brian Greiese parents are Bob Griese and Judi Griese. They met while enrolling at Purdue University. 

Bob married Judi in St Joseph Catholic Church in June 1967. 

As per The Tuscaloosa News, Griese and his bride graduated from Purdue the same month they married. The couple transited on their honeymoon trip to the Bahamas shortly after their wedding. 

Bob endured a devastating loss after 20 years of marriage, losing his partner after a six-year breast cancer struggle.

Years later, the former football quarterback remarried and now lives with his second wife, Shay, in Jupiter, Florida, and Banner Elk, North California. 

Dad Bob Griese

Griese father Bob Griese was a former American football quarterback. Bob has three sons from his first marriage to Judi Lassus. 

He attended Purdue University and was picked by the Miami Dolphins in the second round of the 1967 NFL Draft. He was a Dolphins player from 1967 to 1980, who guided the team to two Super Bowl championships.

Bob was named to the Pro Bowl six times and is considered one of the finest quarterbacks in NFL history. After retiring from football, he worked as a sportscaster for NBC and ESPN. 

Mom Judi Griese

Brian's mother, Judi "Judith Ann" Griese was from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Judi worked as a registered nurse in Coral Gables. 

Besides, she graduated from Purdue University with a nursing degree and worked as an orthopedic nurse before marrying Bob.

Judi is also recognized for being a formidable opponent in golf and tennis. She was active in the Junior League of Miami, the Women's Guild of St. Augustine Catholic Church, and the Beaux Arts. 

She was also a member of the Riviera Country Club's women's golf association and the club's A tennis team. Tragically, she passed away at 44 in 1988, following a lengthy fight with cancer, leaving behind her husband and three boys. 

Brian Griese Family Support Growing Up

Brian grew up in an athletic family with his father being a former football quarterback. Griese has two older brothers named Scott and Jeff Griese.

Bob wished for his three sons to be good all-around athletes rather than just football players. Brian was the youngest of three siblings, so he often hung around and played with kids older than his age.

He was the most athletic of the three brothers and the most coordinated, and he could throw a ball like a quarterback.
