Melissa Stark husband Mike Lilley is a founder of the Sunlight Policy Center in New Jersey. Melissa is raising her four kids with Mike in Rumson.

The sportscaster has been married to her spouse since 2001. Mike is a former Woodrow Wilson High School player, and the couple's athletic genes have been passed down to their children, who are involved in sports, including basketball, football, track and field, and lacrosse.

Generally, the sideline reporter is well recognized for her work as a sports reporter for NBC's Monday Night Football and Sunday Night Football.

Before joining the NFL Network as the anchor of NFL 360, she formerly worked for NBC, mostly at its MSNBC subsidiary, and as a journalist for NBC's The Today Show.

Stark is in her fifth season as the Emmy Award-winning presenter of NFL 360. She has also interviewed athletes on stage at the draft and hosted red-carpet events for the draft, Super Bowl, and NFL Honors.

Formerly, Mike, also known as Michael, worked as the executive director of the nonprofit group Better Education for New Jersey Kids and as an adjunct scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, where he completed the Legal Corruption course.

Similarly, he is an author at Discourse magazine, a brand-new online journal of politics, economics, and culture published by George Mason University's Mercatus Center.

Lilley has a history of civic service and philanthropy. Mike attended the Woodrow Wilson School and played varsity football. 

He later served as an infantry officer in the Marine Corps for eleven years, rising to the rank of captain after getting an academic distinction degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

After leaving the Marine Corps, he worked as a bond trader for Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. His family has a long history of public service. 

In addition, according to Little Sis, Mike grew up in Asia, where his father held diplomatic positions as US ambassador to Taiwan, Korea, and China.

Melissa married Mike in 2001. Their intimate ceremony was held in New Jersey.

Their wedding took place in a private setting, with just close friends and family present to bless the couple. Mike's family, as well as Stark's parents, Walter and Polly, and her two siblings, were present to share in their delight.

Stark is a mother to four grown-up kids named Mike, Jackson, Clara, and Clemmie. The family of six currently resides in Rumson, New Jersey. 

Their firstborn, Mike Lilley Jr., is 19 years old and was born on August 23, 2003, while Jackson, their second son, is 17 years old.

His age is determined via an Instagram post made by his mother on September 18, 2018, in which she referenced taking her 13-year-old kid to an NFL game.

Furthermore, her twin daughters, Cara and Clemmie, turned 15 in February 2022, implying that they were born on February 3, 2007. The day was determined by a Facebook post from their grandma, Polly, who wished them a happy 15th birthday and voiced her pride in them. 

Mike, Jackson, and Clemmie are all passionate athletes, with Mike playing basketball and football for his high school, Jackson also engaging in football, and Clemmie competing in RFH Girls Track and Field.

Their daughter, Clemmie Lilley, led RFH in scoring in the NJSIAA Central Jersey Group 2 State Sectional title. Additionally, the twins are presently enrolled in Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School.

As per St Andrew, he was a juggernaut on the boards for the Saints basketball team until the pandemic forced the cancellation of the spring 2020 season, and it was anticipated that he would become one of the team's top scorers for the Saints lacrosse squad. 

Mike started every game for the Saints and set several records. He smashed St. Andrew's single-game throwing record against Glasgow with 355 yards and five touchdowns in only three quarters.
