Mat Ishbia and wife Emily Ishbia married in 2014. Emily is a model and has worked with Harpers Bazaar and Elle. 

Emily also works as a blogger and fashion stylist and has nine years of experience as a freelance model. She has also done photo shoots for Pogo Boutique and Glamour and Jewelry. 

Emily completed her education at Michigan State University. Also, she has her own website Emilyisbiamodeling. Aside from blogging and modeling, she was also a star soccer player with a full scholarship at Michigan State.

When United Wholesale Mortgage wasn't ranked, Mat and Emily were dating. He worked in outside sales and spent the entire day traveling to meet with clients in the suburbs of Chicago. 

He soon started bringing in more business than anyone else at his office through outside sales, so he hired two people and began training them in his sales skills.

Mat began changing the procedures followed in his office. People began to pay attention as his sales showed proof that he was an expert in his field.

He gradually progressed from accounting executive to manager, sales chief, and president to CEO. Mat got successful in his career. Emily questioned herself, "Why not you" "Why not me"?

She believes that doing the right thing for someone else without being asked leaves one with undeniable feelings of gratitude. Emily has talked about her mother battling cancer.

The declining health of Emily's mother and her anxiety about losing her mother was mixed. Emily used to wish she could go into a coma so she didn't have to see her mom suffering. 

She was broken after her mother passed away from cancer, but she chose to cover it. Emily made a promise to herself that if she could ever help anyone going through a similar situation, she would.

Emily Ishbia lives in Birmingham, Michigan, with her family. Emily and Mat married in 2014, and they have three children two sons and one daughter.

The couple has been together for eight years. Emily shared about her motherhood with Hourdetroit.

She said that in vitro fertilization was really difficult for her. She felt that having children was something that was expected to be a part of life at the time.

Ishbia underwent IVF for two of her pregnancies out of three and had a difficult time conceiving her first kid and was afraid she would lose her pregnancy.

Emily Ishbia and Mat Ishbia are proud parents of three children. The couple has posted pictures of their children on their social media page. The children are pet lovers.

On June 7, 2021, Mat posted a picture on his Facebook account with his children and three puppies with the caption, "The kids and I are excited to expand our family! These 3 puppies are going to make the house even crazier. We are happy to have Zeke, Kobe, and Judy join our family."

The children had fun at the park with their parents. They enjoyed playing different games and spending time with their parents.

Mat and Emily Have Beautiful Home In Bloomfield Township

Mat and Emily live with their children in a modern home in Bloomfield Township. 

According to Seenmagazine, Emily wanted a house to be a place for the family to live in and not just a beautiful location.

They have designed their home in collaboration with builder Joel Lerman, owner of Lerman Corporation custom homes. 

The dining room in their house was Mat and Emily's idea, as they both wanted to create a Telluride-style atmosphere for entertainment.

The flooring and luxurious fabrics are kid-friendly. Because she has children living with her, Emily's main request was for materials that could be regularly cleaned and wiped down.

Also, their kitchen is well equipped with modern amenities. The bedrooms also have a sitting space where the family can gather at night for storytime.

Their home has an elegant and brilliant architectural style due to the lighting.
