The American tycoon reportedly made a surprise appearance backstage at the early April episode of Monday Night RAW, signaling his return to the WWE after his recent appointment to the Board of Directors.

However, he made the wrong news as the WWW CEO Vince was photographed in his new appearance with facial hair and a mustache.

McMahon's new look comes amid a report of a $21.4 billion merger between WWE and Endeavor, the parent company of UFC. 

The 77-year-old has been a core of WWE Entertainment's executive room since he bought the company, then WWF, in 1982. Besides, Vince has also spread his ventures to other franchises, such as Alpha Entertainment and the XFL American football league.

According to the reports, he is said to have gone to great lengths to ensure his face remains completely smooth, including resorting to multiple shaves daily and carrying a razor in his vehicle.

The news of Mcmahon's new appearance began to swirl up the internet after he returned to WWE RAW following the success of WrestleMania 38 in Inglewood, California.

He was on the show to meet his long-time buddy and wrestling companion, John Cena, who also made his highly anticipated comeback to the WWE that week just after Rey Mysterio Family feud plot.

Vince McMahon is sporting a fresh look to a new merger company between WWE and UFC. 

The Hollywood Reporter broke the headline on April 3rd, 2023, about the agreement between the wrestling juggernaut WWE and Endeavour Group Holding regarding the coalition. 

Endeavor Group Holdings revealed that WWE would unite with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) to form a new publicly-traded company called "TKO," with McMahon serving as the executive chairman of the newly-formed enterprise.

McMahon's recent appearance with a new look has led some fans to speculate that the possible purchase of the company may result in more than just a merger of WWE and UFC.

Some believe that he may have changed his look to attract a younger audience or to prepare for handing over control of the company to his daughter, Stephanie McMahon.

As fans await more information about the potential acquisition, they are left with more questions than answers about the future of the wrestling industry.

McMahon announced his retirement from WWE in July 2022 amid an investigation into misconduct allegations. However, the 77-year-old businessman later returned to the board of directors and took on the position of executive chairman.

McMahon's comeback followed accusations of misconduct and hush money payments, which prompted the WWE executive panel to create a special committee to investigate the claims.

In light of an internal investigation, he voluntarily stepped down as chairman and CEO. His daughter, Stephanie took over as interim CEO, while McMahon continued to direct WWE creative and content development.

Later in July 2022, he made his retirement official from WWE, appointing Stephanie and Nick Khan as new permanent chairwoman and Co-CEO, respectively, while Triple H became head of WWE Creative.

On the other hand, the Wall Street Journal reported in January 2023, McMahon had set his sights on returning to WWE as the Executive Chairman in preparation for the media rights negotiations slated for 2024. Then, in the same month, he assumed the role of Executive Chairman of the WWE.
