Sandra Douglass Morgan parents are Kil Cha and Gilbert Morgan. Douglass was born to an Asian American family in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Sandra has been the president of the Las Vegas Raiders since July 2022. In NFL history, she is the third African-American and third woman to hold the position of team president.

Completing her Bachelor's Degree in political science and communication from the University of Nevada Reno in 1999, she studied Juris Doctor, Law at William S.Boyd School of Law in 2003. 

During college, she worked as an associate attorney at Parker, Nelson & Arin and Litigation attorney at MGM resort International. 

Sandra worked in a different position at the City of North Las Vegas for eight years. She served as Assistant City Attorney and City Attorney and joined as director of external affairs at AT&T from 2016-2019.

Morgan was a member of the Nevada state pandemic task group during the COVID-19 pandemic and was responsible for overseeing the opening and closure of casinos in Las Vegas.

Some of the media in Vegas have been critical of Sandra for the team's abysmal performance last season and Darren Waller trade. But Douglass has strong aspirations for the new season ahead of the NFL draft.

Sandra Douglass Morgan husband Don Morgan is a Lieutenant at Parole and Probation Office. Sandra met Don at the University of Nevada, Reno.

Don is a former Nevada Department of Public Safety officer and a former professional football defensive player.

Don Is Former Footballer

Don Morgan was born on September 18, 1975, in Stockton, California. He played for the Minnesota Vikings and the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League.

Morgan was slotted as a wide receiver and a cornerback from 1999 to 2002. For the Vikings, he played 20 games while playing seven games for the Cardinals.

Sandra Douglass Morgan has two kids, a son Dylan Morgan and a daughter Dana Morgan. Both were at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas when their mom was appointed president.

Looking at Dana's Instagram account, she is interested in dancing. She has only made one dancing video post on her account. 

On June 4, 2012 she was seen enjoying the swimming pool with her dad. Dylan has chosen his career path in football following into his father's footsteps.

During the Intermountain Healthcare Performance center training camp on July 23, 2022, Dylan was pictured with former Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr.

He attended the DMO musical concert on March 26, 2023. He is active on his Instagram account with the username @dy1anmorgann.

Sandra Douglass Morgan Grew Up With A Sister

Sandra Douglass Morgan was born to dad Gilbert Douglass and mom Kil Cha Douglass. Gilbert is African American while Kil Cha is Korean. 

Her father Gilbert is a US Air Force master sergeant stationed at Nellis Air Force Base. Cha is a keno runner who worked at several famous Las Vegas casinos.

Sandra thought she would become a journalist because Connie Chung was her role model and her interest shifted to law after watching President Bill Clinton. 

She did her law degree and made her dream come true. Sandra spent her childhood alongside sister Sonya Douglass. 

Sonya Douglass Is Professor

Sonya is a professor of education leadership at Teacher's College, Columbia University. Her research focuses on the politics of race, education policy, administration, and leadership.

Sonya completed her Bachelor's Degree in communication and journalism from Colorado State University and her Master's Degree in public administration and doctor of education from the University of Nevada.

She worked for the University of Nevada for five years as a senior resident scholar and assistant professor of educational leadership. Sonya then worked as an assistant professor of education at George Mason University for three years. 

Sonya is currently the founding director of Education Research Collective. Talking about her personal life, she is married to Donny Lopez and has two children.
