Ollie Schniederjans parents are Oliver Schniederjans and Linda Schniederjans. Ollie is an American professional golfer from Dallas on the PGA Tour.

Ollie is a former No.1 ranked amateur golfer who joined Callaway Golf and made Apex 21 Irons his career-long supporters. He was a three-time NCAA All-American at Georgia Tech to be at the top of the amateur world rankings.

Meanwhile, he held the No.1 position for 41 consecutive weeks and won the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Player of the Year two times. Schniederjans played in the 2015 PGA Tour but continued his pro career in the Korn Ferry Tour.

However, he was last seen swinging his club at The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic in 2022.

Ollie Schniederjans Childhood

Ollie Schniederjans father Oliver and mother Linda were the best part of his childhood. Ollie was born on June 15, 1993, in Dallas, Texas.

They moved around North Andover in Massachusetts and eventually settled in Powder Springs, Georgia. Meanwhile, they now reside in Florida as their sons have grown up.

Oliver Schniederjans Sr named his golfer son after him and taught him the ways of sports. Hence, Ollie grew up playing baseball and basketball and did not play golf until he was 12.

The father and son are also big fans of Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. Ollie senior has been closely involved with his son's golf career as a cheerful spectator.

Meanwhile, papa Schniederjans is also a former athlete at Keene High School, from where he graduated in 1982. He is a 1986 graduate of  Merrimack College.

Ollie Schniederjans's mom Linda Rodriguez has worked in accounting her whole life. She met her future husband, Oliver, at Merrimack College, and the two decided to be lifelong partners.

Linda was reported to be working at Forest Investment Associates (FIA) as an accounting manager. She looked after the firm's funds and international investments.

She secured a sponsorship deal for Ollie in late July 2015 due to her ties with the timber company. The Atlanta-based timber managing company was worth $4.3 billion in assets.

Moreover, Linda adjusted her work schedule to attend her son's tournaments. According to a Pensions & Investments report of that year, she had been working at FIA for eight years.

Schniederjans Siblings Are Also Golfers

Ollie Schniederjans has two siblings in his family. Ollie's younger brothers are named Ben Schniederjans and Luke Schniederjans.

Ben's full name is Benjamin Joseph Schniederjans, and he was born on April 18, 1995, in Atlanta, Georgia. He attended Harrison High School, where he emerged as an all-district pitcher in his junior and senior seasons.

He then chose Georgia Tech Athletics in 2014, just like Ollie, and played for the baseball team as a pitcher. Ben spent his sophomore season in 2016 as a redshirt due to an injury but played till he graduated in 2018.

Ben is a Business Administration and Management major and interned at TGR Foundation, a Tiger Woods Charity, from July 2018 to March 2019, per his LinkedIn.

Luke Schniederjans

Ollie's youngest brother Luke was born on June 12, 1998, in Powder Springs, Georgia. He was an All-state performer in Georgia in 2014 and 2015 from Harrison High School.

He had helped the team win three class AAAAAA regional titles from 2013 to 2015. Hence, he graduated from Harrison before his senior season to join the Georgia Yellow Tech golf, following his family tradition. 

Luke graduated in May 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He is the 2015 Georgia Amateur Champion, becoming the 10th Georgia Tech golfer to win the state amateur title.

He had turned pro in October of that same year and currently plays in the PGA Tour. However, he has yet to bag a professional win, unlike Ollie who won the Air Capital Classic in Korn Ferry Tour.

Ollie Schniederjans Girlfriend

Ollie Schniederjans is currently in a relationship with his girlfriend Kels Heller. The two have been open about their relationship since 2016.

Ollie has often posted pictures with Kels on his social media, indicating they are serious about their love. Besides their romantic moments, Kels has accompanied her boyfriend on most golf events.

Ms. Heller is active on Instagram as @kels__heller, where she writes that one should stop scrolling cell phones and start living. 

While the two have been in love for more than five years, they have not shared their plans to get married. Ollie is now focused on making a comeback in his pro career.

What Happened To Ollie Schniederjans?

Ollie Schniederjans is currently out of action due to lingering injuries. Schniederjans underwent two hip surgeries in the last 18 months and is ready to return to the course.

He was last seen playing at The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic at The Abaco Club on Korn Ferry Tour in 2022.

The same year, he played at The Bahamas Great Exuma Classic at Sandals Emerald Bay till week 4. Since then, he has not returned to pro golfing despite his knab in the field as a former No.1 amateur golfer. 

Though he had failed to bag more professional wins since 2015, he had made eventual progress.

Addressing the issue of his failure to earn a PGA Tour card, Ollie gave a public statement on his Instagram on September 6, 2021. 

He thanked everyone in his career for their support and revealed that minor injuries and discomfort have led to his inability to execute movement consistently at the perfect level.

Ollie further stated that 2021's upcoming offseason would allow him to focus and ace his game. However, he has yet to return to the game and join the PGA Tour like he always wanted to.
