Logan Sargeant dad Daniel Sargeant owns a navy transportation company named Sargeant marine inc. Logan has an older brother named Dalton Sargeant. 

The Formula One racing driver had praised his parents for supporting his motorsports endeavors that he began when he was seven. 

In aggregate, Logan has won 12 different karting titles, including the 2015 CIK-FIA World Championship. He became the first American world karting champion since Lake Speed beat a crowded field, including Ayrton Senna, for the title in 1978.

After his karting victory, Sargeant leaped to cars and vied in multiple feeder series - including the UAE Formula Four, the F4 British Championship, and the Formula Renault series, before taking the next step up.

Daniel Sargeant comes from a family with an impressive background. His father, Harry Sargeant Sr., is a retired naval officer who established Sargeant Marine Inc. in 1983. 

His older brother, Harry Sargeant III, is a former officer and fighter pilot in the United States Marine Corps and currently owns the International Oil Trading Company (IOTC). 

The Sargeant family-owned company, managed by his parents and siblings, faced legal issues. It was accused of bribing officials in Brazil, Venezuela, and Ecuador, resulting in a $16.6-million fine in 2020 after admitting guilt.

According to Florida Phoenix, Daniel was also found guilty but released on a $300,000 bail. Furthermore, there has been an ongoing conflict between Daniel and his brothers for years, culminating in a long and bitter legal dispute that ended in bankruptcy in 2015. 

Harry III accused Daniel of lavishly spending millions on his sons' endeavors, such as their race car driving pursuits. In contrast, Daniel accused his brother of being a spendthrift, overspending on luxurious properties, private jets, and exotic cars.

Logan Sargeant Siblings

Logan Sargeant brother Dalton Sargeant is a professional stock car racing driver. Dalton was the 2016 ARCA Racing Series Rookie of the Year. 

He was born on March 25, 1998, and is 24. Dalton is two years older than Logan, born on New Year's Eve in 2000. The Sargeant brother spent his early years in the South Florida region. 

The confident rookie attributes his success to his older brother, Dalton, whom he regards as a crucial inspiration before the most significant event of his fledgling career.

"We began racing together," Sargeant stated in an interview with The New York Post from Bahrain. "Therefore, he was my primary rival. I continually competed against my elder brother, aspiring to match his speed and skill level."

Logan emphasized his innate desire to outperform his 24-year-old brother, who subsequently participated in 22 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races from 2015 to 2018, which was invaluable.

"As a young child, having an older brother to compete against was a significant advantage," he explained. "It instilled in him a competitive drive that has persisted throughout his life. "He's always been the younger sibling striving to surpass the elder."

Sargeant's older brother Dalton competed in 22 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races between 2015 and 2018.

Dalton began racing karts and bandoleros at nine, aiming to drive a stock car and an open-wheeler one day.

Dalton also won four ARCA races and was named ARCA Racing Series Rookie of the Year in 2016. Logan told The Athletic that chasing the finest competitors from his early karting days drove him toward the open-wheel option.

In 2014, Sargeant returned to the United States to race late models for Lee Pulliam Performance and Wauters Motorsports. He won many races, including one at Orange County Raceway.

Sargeant joined GMS Racing on January 12, 2018, after occasional starts in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in 2015 and 2017.
