Joey Logano did hair transplant at a company called Hair Club in Boca Raton. Joey was previously suffering from alopecia areata.

Joey recently finished second in the Daytona 500 after coming so close to victory. However, everyone talked more about his new looks than his daily performance. NASCAR fans were all over social media regarding this transformation.

Baldness has been a widespread problem for men for a long time. People had to accept it and live with it earlier. However, with the introduction of modern technologies and medications, there are better ways to deal with this issue now.

We have heard of famous athletes around the globe going through transplantation before as well.

Celebrities and sportspersons are on the public's radar all the time. A lot of followers and admirers look up to them every day. They have a different pressure to maintain a good-looking appearance, and it is no different for Logano.

Logano is a professional stock car racing driver. The 32-year-old racer drives the No. 22 Ford Mustang for Team Penske. He is a two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, having won it in 2018 and 2022.

Did Joey Logano Get Hair Transplant?

Joey Logano announced his hair procedure through social media. He got overwhelming reactions and appreciation from everyone after sharing the news.

Logano had previously publicly admitted having a problem with baldness. He felt it was a common issue and there was nothing to hide.

However, the champion racer felt it was about time he did something to get rid of it. Joey thanked the 'Hair Club' in his Instagram post for helping him with the weave and providing him with the glorious new look.

At an event in Los Angeles, Logano specifically mentioned how he feels more confident and young now. He also recommended the savior company, saying, "They had a fix for me; they probably have a fix for everybody, and so I look 10 years younger.'

Joey Logano Looks Before and After

Joey Logano before and after photos clearly shows the difference. The racer is proud to have done the implantation procedure.

Although Joey has previously opened up about his issues with early head loss, people might not have noticed it since he used to wear a hat or helmet most of the time.

Logano started looking more like a middle-aged person and less athletic due to his consistent fall problem last season.

Joey had a bald patch on the front of his head to go with other big spots around his head. The thinning line at the front was visible pretty clearly.

However, the star driver has thick fur with a lovely hairline now. The 32-year-old racer seems more than delighted with the enticing turnaround.

He has been proudly flaunting his new looks on Instagram lately, and it's fair to say he looks stunning. Coming off a championship, Team Penske's premium racer Joey Logano looks much more confident now.

Joey Logano Had Alopecia Areata

Logano was suffering from a common autoimmune disease called Alopecia Areata, which attacks a person’s hair follicles. More than seven million people in the US are facing this problem.

The major symptom of this disease is loss, which begins with small bald patches on your scalp. It cannot be cured entirely, but some treatments can have a positive impact because the fur can grow back.

The two-time NASCAR champion was facing spotty loss due to this disease. Joey first noticed it after returning home from a cut, as his wife Brittany asked him about it.

There were patchy areas on the back of his head where chunks of hair were missing. He first thought that the barber had messed up his cut.

After seeing the doctor and taking some tests, he learned about alopecia areata.

Although Joey initially thought of shaving his head to hide the condition, he felt he could rather support the millions of other people going through the same problem by being honest and opening up about it.
