Gabe Kalscheur parents are Craig Kalscheur and LeeAnna Kalscheur. Kalscheur is a basketball player for the Iowa State Cyclones.

The shooting guard for Iowa State is making headlines these days for his outstanding performances, day in and day out. He is currently competing in the Big 12 Conference of the NCAA.

Gabe was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on June 10, 1999. He fell in love with basketball as soon as he could walk. 

Kalscheur's height is 6 feet 4 inches. He has been making his name for his ability to score three-pointers ever since his early days.

Gabe played three seasons for the University of Minnesota from 2018 to 2021 before transferring to the Iowa State basketball team. His 205 three-pointers in college rank 7th on the all-time list in Minnesota history.

On top of an impeccable shooting propensity, Gabe also possesses intelligent defensive skills. The NBL draft may not be far for him with his all-around display at this level.

Craig graduated in Business Administration and Management from Cardinal Stritch University. He has expertise in business model design, innovation, customer engagement, IT and CRM strategy.

Kalscheur Sr., Gabe's adoptive dad, met him when he was eight. Since then, Craig has played a massive role in the upbringing and training of the Cyclones' talisman. They share a strong bond and love for each other. 

Remembering the old days, Craig mentions that one of his fondest memories was watching Gabe train and hone his basketball skills.

Craig often appears in the stands during match days, cheering for his son and the team. He is a very proud father. 

Gabe Kalscheur Mom was an Athlete

Gabe Kalscheur mom LeeAnna Kalscheur also played basketball in high school for Cal Poly Pomona and Nebraska.

She also wore jersey number 22 during her playing days. Gabe is actually inspired to wear no. 22 from his athlete mom. 

Lee is a very supporting mother who attends almost all the games of her children. From encouraging Gabe to pursue a basketball career since childhood to cheering for him now from the stands, she has always been there.

The rising star from the Iowa State Cyclones attributes his shooting prowess to his mom. Gabe was quoted saying, "She’s a big influence for me. I was chunky when I was little. Then she taught me how to shoot".

LeeAnna Kalscheur is a Realtor

LeeAnna is a real estate agent at Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty since 2015. 

Lee attended Shanley High School before joining the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1989. She later graduated in Business/Corporate Communications from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 1994. 

Apart from Lakes Sotheby’s, LeeAnna also worked as realtor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for three years. She is also a Chief Growth Officer at SonnyLife since November 2021. 

Before being involved in the real estate business, she worked as Account Manager/Executive/Director in various firms like Venture Solutions Inc, SCICOM Data Services and Enventis Telecom as indicated by her LinkedIn profile. 

Gabe Kalscheur Siblings

The shooting guard from Iowa State Cyclones has a younger sister named Rose Kalscheur. Rosie was born on June 29, 2010.

Athleticism runs through the Kalscheur family. She plays junior school-level basketball for the Edina and Metro Stars. Like her mother and brother, the little champ also dons the number 22 jersey.
